1. GENERAL INFORMATION
1.1. Online store yourskincare.net is run by Demi Dariusz Miszczak based in Poland, 91-362 Lodz, Zgierska 240/ 216
1.2. We reserve the right to amend the content of these Terms and Conditions. The amended Terms and Conditions shall take effect 14 days from the date of the amendment. The amendments shall be posted on the store's website specifying the details of the amendments made. Orders placed before the date of the amendment of these Terms and Conditions are fulfilled on the provisions applicable on the date of order placement.
1.3. We deliver worldwide. The store issues invoice with each order. Invoices are issued only in Polish.
1.4. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
2. PRODUCT RANGE
2.1. The prices in the online store are in USD. The prices are valid at the time of order placement.
2.2. The store reserves the right to change pricing and to modify the product range as well as to introduce, remove or modify special offers. Price changes do not apply to orders that have already been accepted.
2.3. Special offers include a limited volume of products. Special offers may not be combined, unless specific conditions of a particular offer state otherwise.
2.4. Free advertising products cannot be exchanged or be a subject to consumer complaints.
3. ORDER PLACEMENT
3.1. Orders may be placed only through www.yourskincare.net
3.2. Order placement requires a completed on-line "Order Form" and acceptance of Terms and Conditions of service.
3.3. All purchases are conditional on a fully fulfilled order process.
3.4. Order placement shall be auto-confirmed by the online store yourskincare.net including the details of order receipt and its submission for fulfilment.
3.5. If the auto-confirmation is not received then the order may not have been submitted for fulfilment.
3.6. An order shall be fulfilled if items ordered are in stock. Should some ordered items be unavailable, a relevant message shall be sent to the e-mail address provided by the customer, asking for instructions on further action regarding the order.
3.7. The online store yourskincare.net for the order to be considered placed requires the delivery address provided by the customer during the order placement process. The store reserves the right to change the delivery address, at the request of the customer, prior to dispatching the parcel. The delivery address can only be changed prior to the package being given to the courier for dispatch.
4.1. Payments are serviced by PayLane sp. z o.o. which is located in Gdańsk at ul. Arkońska 6/A3, zip code: 80-387, company number: 0000227278. 4.2. Payment for the order may only be made by credit card. Currently accepted methods of payment are specified on Payment and delivery.
5. ORDER EXECUTION
5.1. An order is considered placed and set to be fulfilled (on working days) in compliance with authorization of the transaction made by credit card.
5.2. Orders can be tracked online by signing up to the store in the Order history
6. PRODUCT DISPATCHING
6.1. Purchases shall be dispatched within 3 working days. Once dispatched, the product is handled by the postal company. The time of postal delivery shall not exceed 15 working days for standard delivery and 6 days for expedited delivery. The time of delivery may vary depending on the recipient country. Specific information on time delivery may be requested via email.

6.3 Any applicable customs duties and fees are the responsibility of the Customer.
7. RETURNS AND CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS
7.1. The customer has the right to make a complaint regarding product defects under the terms of the Polish Act of 27th of July 2002 on the special conditions of retail and the amendments to the Civil Code (Dz. U. [Journal of Laws], 2002, No. 141, Item 1176, as amended).
7.2. Complaints must be e-mailed to the online store yourskincare.net via the Contact Us section. The name and surname must be provided as well as order number, proof of purchase (invoice) number. The e-mail must include the specification of the complaint matter and preferred solution.
7.3. Under the Polish Act of 27 July 2002 on the special conditions of retail and the amendments to the Civil Code (Dz. U. [Journal of Laws], 2002, No. 141, Item 1176, as amended) all complaints shall be dealt with within 14 working days from the receipt of faulty goods by the Store.
7.4. In case of returns and customer complaints, Demi Dariusz Miszczak will return money via the same channel that was used to pay for the merchandise.
7.5. The Customer has a right to return a product without giving reason within 14 working days from the date of delivery.
7.6. Returns should be sent to Dariusz Miszczak, Zgierska 240/216, 91-362, Lodz, Poland.
8. FINAL PROVISIONS
8.2. The customer may give the online store their consent to the processing of personal data provided in the registration form for marketing purposes and may give their consent to receive commercial information from the store by means of electronic communication and mail. The customer has the right to view, correct, update, and delete personal data through the yourskincare.net website. All data is provided voluntarily. Any disputes arising from business transactions will be settled amicably. If agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved by the relevant court. Competent court for any matters arising under the contract of sale is the court having jurisdiction in accordance with the provisions of the Polish Code of Civil Procedure (Dz. U. [Journal of Laws], 1964, No 43, Item 296, as amended).
8.3. For any matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Polish Civil Code, the Polish Law of the 2nd of March, 2000 on the consumer rights protection and liability for damage caused by dangerous products and the Polish Act of 27 July 2002 on the special conditions of retail and the amendments to the Civil Code are applicable.
8.4. In accordance with the Polish Law of the 2nd of March 2000 "The protection of consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product" /Dz. U. [Journal of Laws], 2000, No. 22, Item 271, as amended/ the Customer may return purchased products without stating the reason within 14 days from the date of delivery. For any returns an e-mail via Contact Us page should be sent. Shop will refund the product. Postal and packaging costs and other incidental costs are not refundable. The customer shall cover the costs of the return process at their own expense.
